Deborah Ann Spears 61 of Valdese passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at her residence.Born June 20, 1957 in Caldwell County she was the daughter of the late Marshall Lee Prestwood and Jo Anna Hall Prestwood. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother Danny Lee Prestwood.Deborah was of the Baptist Faith.She is survived by her sister Janice Prestwood Lawson of Granite Falls; nephew Daniel Lee Prestwood of Hudson; niece Tammy Coffey and husband Keith of Rhodhiss; great nephew and niece Jessica Coffey and Cody Coffey; special Aunt Maria Dillinger of Gamewell; and special niece Joan Bryant and nephew Doyle Wayne Bryant of Valdese.A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 11, 2019, 11:00 a.m. at Sunset Hills Cemetery, Granite Falls, with Pastor Floyd Perry officiating.Bass-Smith Granite is proud to be serving the family of Deborah Ann Spears.
