Rose Brandt of Springfield, Va., and formerly of Scranton, died Saturday evening in the Green Spring Village, Springfield. She was the widow of Allan Jack Brandt, who died in 1985.
Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Esther Abrams Corr. Before relocating to Virginia in 1972, she resided in Scranton and was a member of Temple Israel and the Jewish Community Center, where she served as past president of its Women's Auxiliary. She was a member of Chatiner.
Surviving are three sons, David, Alexandria, Va., Michael, Fairfax Station, Va., and Stuart, York; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
