She was born April 20, 1922 in Dover the daughter of Ludger and Sophie (Drapeau) Jacques and has resided in this area all of her life.
Rita had worked at Federal Savings Bank, Sylvania and really enjoyed her job as an office worker at McDonalds.
Faith and family were important to Rita. She enjoyed going to church. She also enjoyed playing cards.
Members of her family include three sons, Denis Lemoyne and his wife, Donna of Worcester, Massachusetts, Ronald Lemoyne and his wife, Gail of Gonic and Norman Lemoyne and his wife Annemarie of East Falmouth, Massachusetts; grandchildren, Danielle French and her husband, Jeremy, Ryan Lemoyne and his fiancé, Cassie and their children, Brandon and Brayden, Amber Lemoyne, Ali Lemoyne, Matthew Lemoyne, Nicholas Lemoyne and Tyler Lemoyne.
She was predeceased by her husband, George Lemoyne in 1989 and by her second husband, Maurice Hale, Jr in 1998.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Wadleigh House for their tremendous care and compassion over the years.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday February 28, 2019 at Noon at Parish of the Assumption St. Mary Church (corner of Chestnut and Thirds Sts.) Burial will follow in the family lot in St. Charles Cemetery.
