He is survived by his wife, Jackie Carter Farmer; his mother and step-father, Allie Wilkerson of Clarksville, Arkansas; his step-daughter, Jalynne Pitts of Hartman, Arkansas; his brothers, Ryan William Farmer of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; Jason Matthew Potwin and daughter, Samantha of Lincoln, Nebraska; Justin Michael Potwin and wife, Jackie of Massachusetts; his sisters, Faith Ann Elizabeth (Farmer) Freel and husband, Michael and their daughter, Adalyn Freel of Lynn Haven, Florida.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., Thursday, February 21, 2019 at the Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m., Friday, February 22, 2019 at the Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville with Reverend John Hodge officiating.
