Charlotte B. Roberts, 89, passed away on January 13, 2019. She is survived by one brother, Frank Chancey of Portsmouth, VA and one sister, Constance McDuffy (Herbert) of Aston, PA, and a host of nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held, 11am, Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at Bank Street Memorial Baptist Church Norfolk. Viewing will be held Monday, January 21, 2019 at Metropolitan Funeral Service, Granby from 4pm-8pm. Viewing will be held at the church one hour prior to the service. Interment will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
