Glen L White was born September 28, 1946 in Oklahoma City, Ok to Claude and Georgie White. He was raised in Oklahoma City with his brother Junior. Glen married his wife Karen in February of 1964. He remained in Oklahoma City where he then had 2 sons Jesse and Joe White. While his boys were young Glens life revolved around work and his kids extra curricular activities. He was very passionate about them being active in sports and always made sure they had what they needed to play and made it a priority to be there. Glen was a brick layer for over 50 years. He worked long hard hours but always made it a point to find time to enjoy life as well. He loved hosting his friends and family in his home for poker nights. He liked riding dirt bikes, checking out old cars, bowling and tinkering with small engines. He also loved watching bull riding, Nascar, sports, and 7-Eleven Icees. Most of all he loved watching his children and grandchildren enjoy life themselves. He truly enjoyed the little things in life. He wanted nothing more than to have a good life, care for his family and meet the lord when he was called home.
Glen was called home on February 17, 2019. He is survived by his sons Jesse & Joe white. Grandchildren Jody, JJ, Logan and Cierra. Great grand children Braxtyn, Blayne, Kyden and Karson. His cousin Melvina and many more friends and family that love him. He is preceded in death by his father Claude and Georgie White, brother Claude White Jr.
Visitation will be from 3-9 pm at The John Ireland Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 20, 2019.
Services will be Thursday, February 21, 2019 at The John Ireland Funeral Home at 2:00 PM.
