He was a U.S. Army veteran. He was an iron worker and most recently was working as a paralegal. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with all of his cousins and friends.
Survivors include his mother, Beatrice Moore-Reas of Odanah, WI; son, Thomas (Julie) Chappelle of New Berlin, WI; daughter, Loretta Elledge of Milwaukee, WI; grandchildren; sister, Robin (Steve) Parks of Indiana; brother, Tony Mannila of Ashland; special aunt and uncles Lucille Ford of Ashland, Stanley (Pat) Moore of Oneida, WI and William ( Ellen) Moore of Gresham, WI ; special cousins, whom he considered brothers and sisters - Doug (Stephanie) Barbano and Mike Barbano of Odanah, WI, Dana(Cathy ) Jackson of Odanah; Kim (Edward Leoso) Ford & Isabel Ford of Ashland and as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hudson Moore and Isabelle Neveaux, his father, William Galien and niece, Abigail Ann Ford.
A memorial service for Randy will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, Mar 1, 2019 at the Mountain Funeral Home in Ashland with Ella Teague officiating.
A gathering of family and friends will begin at 2:00 on Friday at the funeral home in Ashland and continue until the hour of service.
A feast will take place at the Bad River Housing Office in Odanah on Saturday, March 2 beginning at 2:00 p.m.
Interment in the Bad River Cemetery, Odanah, WI will take place at a later date.
