Survivors include his wife, Rose Birchfield, Ringwood; four sons, Roy Lynn Birchfield, Texas, Allen Birchfield, Enid, Delbert Birchfield, Montana, and Bob Birchfield, Enid; three daughters, Paula Detrick, Lahoma, Bonnie Bunch, Kansas, and Jami Birchfield, Ringwood; four sisters, Regina Kersey, Oklahoma, Mildred Dollar, Maryland, Joyce Hooker, Nevada, and Melba Birchfield, Ada; and 12 grandchildren.
