Drafted by the Seattle Seahawks, he was the 209th overall pick in the 1996 NFL draft, in position of Safety. That year, he played in nine games before injuring his knee against the Oakland Raiders. He was released on August 25, 1997 after being placed on the physically unable to perform list a week prior. He was an Assistant Principal at Hinkley High School in the Aurora Public Schools. On February 18, 2019, he lost his life in a dispute over a neighborhood parking spot in his community. A neighbor shot him in the parking lot of Eaglecrest High School in Centennial, Colorado.
