Deborah was born in Pikeville, Kentucky on July 30, 1955 the daughter of the late Clifford and Sylvia Gayle Meade Adkins.
She is survived by her husband, Floyd Blackburn and three sons, Floyd Douglas Blackburn of Florence, Ky., Jason Keith Blackburn (Tabitha Lynn) of Cowpen and Matthew Ryan Blackburn of Pikeville.
She is also survived by one sister, Susie Stricker of Betsy Layne and five grandchildren, Grandin, Levi, Amelia, Lilly and Ryan.
