A native of Nehawka NE, he established his family in Weeping Water NE. He was the son of Dwight and Marjorie Cook. Chuck served our country in the Navy during the Vietnam War and went on to serve his community as a 26 year Veteran of the Weeping Water Rescue Squad, during which he was Chief the majority of those years. He retired from PCS Phosphate where he was the Electrical and Maintenance Foreman.
Survivors include: daughter, Gina Ross, daughter, Angela (John) Wilken, son, Randy (Rita) Cook; 8 grandchildren, sister Janet (Dale) Bruns, brother, Robert Cook, and numerous nieces and nephews.
