Rebecca Sue Sisk Foster, 75, of Belmont, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, February 17, 2019 at her home.  She was born in Mecklenburg County, daughter of the late Herman Cecil Sisk and Inez Biddy Sisk.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Reginald Franklin Foster, a son Dennis Foster; two brothers David and Joey Sisk, and a sister Barbara McGinnis.  Those left to cherish her memory include her children Carolyn Cook (Steve), Tammy Foster, and Larry Foster; grandchildren Monica Canipe, Shanda Brewer, Dennis Foster, Alicia Foster, Matthew Foster, Andrea Foster, Chelsea Layel, Kendra Lovell, and Chase Lovell; great grandchildren Landyn Brewer, Peyton Brewer, Courtney Owens, Jonathan Freeman, Nathan Freeman, Kobe Black, and Ethan Canipe; as well as a sister Diane Greene.  A service to celebrate her life will be held 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 20, 2019 in the Woodlawn Chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home, Mount Holly.  The family will greet guests for one hour prior to the service beginning at 2:00 p.m.  Interment will follow the service at Evergreen Cemetery in Belmont.
