Born on October 22, 1945, in Stanaford, WV, he was the son of the late William Golden Reeves and Jessie Loretta Patton Reeves.
Mr. Reeves was a former steel worker in Springfield, VA, and was retired from Law Enforcement with 15 years of service. He retired as assistant chief of Police for the town of Mabscott.
Mr. Reeves was of the Baptist faith, and was a master welder and a mechanic. He was an avid outdoorsman, and enjoyed spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by wife, Barbara McBride Reeves, an infant daughter, by siblings, Cecil, Carl, Bill, Cledith, James, Buddy, Darrell, Virginia "Sybil" and an infant sister Mabel.
Those survivors left to cherish his memory include his children.
Burial at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens at Prosperity, WV.
