Born Dec. 20, 1941, in Catawba County, he was the son of the late John Ray Felts Sr. and
Annie Hunsucker Felts. He was a member of Concord United Methodist Church and was
self-employed.
Survivors include a daughter, Robin Felts of Mooresville; a son and daughter-in-law, Allen
Felts Sr. and wife, Angela, of Longisland; grandchildren, Amanda Felts, Alicia Felts and Allen
Felts Jr.; sister and brother-in-law, Shirley McGee and husband, Jerry, of Newton; and the
mother of his children, Wanda Felts of Sherrills Ford.
A Service of Remembrance will be held at 4:30 p.m.Thursday, April 19, 2007, at Concord
United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Byron E. Alexander officiating. Burial will be in the
church cemetery.The family will receive friends from 3 to 4:15 p.m. prior to the service at
the church.
