Patti Jo Scearce Reynolds, 64, of Axton, Va., passed away on Wednesday, February 13, 2019, at Woltz Hospice Home, Dobson, N.C. She was born July 23, 1954, in Danville, Va. Mrs. Reynolds is survived by her husband, Arnold Keith Reynolds. Mrs. Reynolds loved Jesus and her family. She enjoyed fishing and music. Mrs. Reynolds was proud to have retired from Verizon.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Reynolds is survived by her daughter, Dawn Wrenn of Greensboro, N.C.; her son, Randell Edwards of Pittsylvania Co., Va.; her sisters, Tina Chilton and Cheri Ann Crouse; her brothers, Mark Scearce and Thomas Turner; five grandchildren, one great-grandchild, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Reynolds was predeceased by her parents, Zelda Ferguson Scearce and Raymond Scearce; her natural mother, Sarah Gayle Harrell; her sisters, Zelda Soyars, Carolyn “Candy” Scearce, and Judy Brooks; and her brothers, Worley Scearce and Arnold Scearce.

Burial is in the Reynolds Family Cemetery near Rondo.
