A memorial service for Jack Landis Woods of Bullard will be held on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. at Emerald Bay Community Church with Dr. Darryle Dunks officiating.
Mr. Woods passed away on Wednesday, February 13, 2019. He was born September 16, 1929.
Jack worked in the oil and gas industry as a geologist after graduating with a Masters in Geology from Louisiana State University. He was a member of Emerald Bay Community Church and particularly enjoyed fishing and bird hunting.
Jack was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Anna Lea Woods. He is survived by his loving family including his son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Dori Woods; his daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Harold Suchand; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
