David Michael McNeal born on August 5, 1969 in Cincinnati, Ohio, died on the 2nd of February, 2019 at the age of 49 after a long fight with cancer. There will not be a traditional service as he wished to be in the Rocky Mountains. His celebration of life will be scattered in one of his favorite spots in the coming months ahead. All cards/donations can be sent directly to the funeral home for his immediate family. Survived by his wife of 21 years and his two sons.

David, was a self made man. Growing up in a home of hopelessness until the age of 17, he rebuilt himself based on his community and faith. He was Autistic. He had a form of Asperger Syndrome. He loved music. He started playing the piano at the age of 3. He had a true love for life. Highly intelligent with so much love to give to others. He started working when he was 10 years old. Throughout his adult life, he volunteered his services to The Boys Hope Girls Hope Foundation. As well as volunteering his services as an Analysis with the Government with the Intelligence Community serving his Country. He devoted his career into the Mortgage/Banking industry for 25 plus years. He loved helping people get into their dream homes. Moving to Colorado was a family goal. Living here in the mountains brought a sense of serenity to our family. He loved the snow. He loved watching the weather outlook for snow. He loved being surrounded with his family with the view of the mountains. He loved going on adventures. He loved getting a chocolate frosty at Wendy’s. He enjoyed the simple things. He enjoyed going to the airport view spots, just to watch the airplanes take off and land. His favorite holiday was Christmas. He loved the beauty of the world around him. He could light up any room he walked into with that big smile of his. He had a special soul. He loved watching football, a Cincinnati Bengals fan always. He carried his heart on his sleeve. He accepted anyone into his life as a friend. He cherished all of his friendships and colleagues over the years. He gave his all with this disease. A fighter for his life from the beginning to the end. He was a wonderful, loving, husband, father, friend that will be missed dearly by all.
