Donald "Don" N. Ray, owner of the Pizza Palace in Camas for 33 years, died in Camas on Monday, Oct. 4, 1999. Mr. Ray, 64, was also a service manager at Metro Buick for 15 years.

Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Cathy D., at home; his mother, Marie Ray of Goldendale; two daughters, Kim Berry of Camas and Tahnee Anders of Brush Prairie; one son, Tim of Washougal; one sister, Doris Newman of The Dalles, Ore.; and eight grandchildren.

Mr. Ray was born April 23, 1935, in Camas and was a lifetime resident of the area.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting and golfing.

Mr. Ray was a member of Beaverton Four Square Church, the National Rifle Association and the North America Hunting Club

A service will begin at 12:30 p.m. Friday at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Southwest. Columbian, Tuesday, October 5, 1999
