At 2 o'clock this afternoon from his late residence, No. 158 South Ninth street, occurred the funeral obsequies of James Moore, a large number of his acquaintances and friends of the family assembling to pay the final tribute. Rev. J.A. Ward, of St. Paul's Methodist Episcopal church, impressively officiated. The remains were placed in the vault at Oak Hill cemetery, and were followed thither by an extended cortege.
