James (Jim) Osburn, 73, passed away peacefully at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL on February 12, 2019. James was born and raised in Chicago by Carl (Ozzie) and Yvonne Therese Osburn. He proudly served in the Navy and retired as a CPA. James was married for 47 years to his love, Anne (Michalowski), and was the proud parent of Johanna (Mark Prigg). He had a zest for life and will be missed by many.
