Burial with Military Honors will follow at Cookeville City Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2019 from 3:00-9:00 PM and Sunday from 7:00 AM until time of the service at 2:00 PM.
Cecil Lee Allen was born in Putnam County, TN on January 3, 1927 to the late Charlie Cooper and Nellie (Bean) Allen. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and worked for the State as an Tax Auditor.
