Gerald M. Rhinehart, 90, of Oswego, died Thursday. He was a heavy equipment operator for Oswego County for 28 years, retiring in 1972. He was a former member of the Scriba Fire Dept. His wife Frances died in 1984.

Survivors: two sons, Lyle L. and Ralph G. of Scriba; one daughter, Barbara Headrick of Augusta, GA; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.

Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Monday from North Scriba Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are in care of Harter Funeral Home, Mexico, NY. Contributions: Salvation Army of Oswego, NY.
