Ruby Maidell Bell was born on May 10, 1920 to Smiley and Lolar Mae Troutt. She was married to James Bell on May 29, 1938, they were married for 50 years. She is preceded in death by husband, James Bell, 2 son – Glenn Bell and infant son Bobby Wayne Bell, 1 daughter Mary Bell Carr, and parents, Smiley and Lolar Mae Troutt, as well as 5 brothers and 6 sisters.

Funeral Services for Ms. Bell will be conducted on Saturday, February 16th at 2:00 PM from Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Tim WIlliams and Bro. Glenn Creasy Officiating. Interment will follow in the Forrest Chapel Cemetery. The family will recieve visitors beginning on Friday, February 15th from 11:00 AM until 9:00 PM and again on Saturday, February 16th from 9:00 AM until service time at 2:00 PM from Woodard Funeral Home.

She is survived by 5 children, Webb (Brenda) Bell, Foster (Myrtle) Bell, Caroline (Ray) Key, Gary (Peggy) Bell, and Gail Chambers. 1 Brother – Rammie (Glenda) Troutt. She had 21 grandchildren, 54 great grandchildren and 36 great great grandchildren.

She had a multitude of friends and neighbors which she cherished throughout her 98 years.

She was a lifetime member of Providence General Baptist Church in Westmoreland, TN. She received Christ at an early age in her life and continued to serve him throughout the remainder of her life.
Pall Bearers are her 9 grandson: Bobby Ray Bell, Chris Bell, Stephen Bell, Adam Bell, Darrell Bell, Scotty Carr, Jeff Chambers, Ronald Key, Jason Key.
