Janice Nail Garner, of Cumming GA passed away peacefully to be with our Lord on Saturday, March 19, 2016. She was born July 23, 1945 to William Ralph Nail and Etta Louise Bunn. In October 1964, she married her high school sweet heart Joseph Larry Garner and together raised three children Pam, Joey and Chris.
Janice aka "Nana" enjoyed cooking and baking, she also loved holidays and family get-togethers; any chance to spend time with her family was important to her. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Cumming, GA and was well known for her Wednesday night suppers where she would spend hours cooking and preparing the meals for the church community for 25 years.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Louise Nail and sister LuAnn Nail Swymer. She is survived by her husband Larry, her daughter Pam Garner Ray (Carnell) and two sons Joey (Denise) and Chris (Amy) Garner; Sisters, Cheryl Nail Spain and Susan Nail Travelstead. She also leaves behind her precious grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by her family & friends and all that knew her.
