Kenneth Jessie Stanley, age 77 of Winston-Salem, passed away on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at Bermuda Commons Nursing Facility. He was born in Surry County on May 4, 1941 to the late Ida Garris Stanley and Jesse Stanley.
In addition to her parents, he was also preceded in death by his brothers Bill Stanley and Larry Stanley.
He is survived by his sisters, Linda Boles (Larry) of Advance and Kathy Stanley of Winston-Salem, and his nephews and niece, Bill Richardson, Shane Broadstreet, Josh Stanley, Matthew Stanley, and Katie Stanley.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at 3:00pm at Johnson Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 17, 2019 from 2-3pm at Johnson Funeral Home. Burial will follow the service in the Shoaly Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.
