Rabb was always willing to help everyone out no matter what he had to do. Rabb worked for the Oglala Sioux Tribe for 37 years as a Facility Manager at the Wounded Knee District Service Center. Rabb not only took care of Everybody in the district from Wounded Knee to Rockyford and surrounding areas. Rabb did all kinds of work from electrical, plumbing to cutting and hauling wood for the Elders. Rabb dedicated his life to the people of the Wounded Knee District and there was nothing he couldn't do.Rabb also served on the Wounded Knee District School Board for 21 years, and was a part of the Wounded Knee District School Foundation for 16 years. He was very concerned about the youth and always wanted a good education for each and every one of our children. Rabb is going to be missed by all, as he was one you call when anything was going wrong. Rabb always fought for a good outcome where everyone was happy. When diagnosed with cancer, Rabb took it hard and accepted what the outcome was going to be. This is what makes him the strongest man ever to his family & friends. Our family has lost a great Father, Brother, Uncle, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, and Great-Great Grandfather.Rabb will always be remembered for all the good he has done foe everyone in the Wounded Knee District.
