LaVerne Ann Green of St Paul Minn passed away at her home in San Mateo, CA; peacefully in her sleep, as she always said she would.
She is survived by her children, Barbara, Cynthia and John Larson. As well as her grandchildren Diana Dmitrevsky, Monica Gonella, Jennifer Gonella, and Jonathan Vallee. Also, her best friend and sweet sister, Rose Marie Johnson.
LaVerne moved out to San Mateo, CA in the early 50's. She was the main provider for her children for most of those years. She worked hard to support us but also had many interests. She enjoyed gardening, golfing, her walking group, reading, going to church, and her many, lucky dogs she had through the years. She was also very interested in health and nutrition which served her very well through her long life up until the day she passed. She was a kind, radiant woman, with an adorable smile.
She lost her oldest daughter Linda Raty, early last year. I know they are now together and will be guardian angels to us who remain. She will be deeply missed.
Rest in Peace mommy! Until we see you again. XO
