Shelley LaKecia Brown, a resident of Port Allen, died Friday, March 30, 2007. She was 25 and a native of Baton Rouge.

She is survived by her father, Willie Brown Sr., Port Allen; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Crystal and Willie Daniel, Port Allen, and Joyce and Mordell Robinson, Dallas; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Larry and Beverly Brown, Los Angeles, Willie Jr. and Patricia Brown, Baltimore, and Chief Harry and Marilyn Brown and Anthony and Demetria Brown, all of Port Allen; four aunts, Mildred Wycoff, Beaumont, Texas, Lillian Hebert, Marin City, Calif., and Bernice Givens and Doretha Crockett, both of Brusly; an uncle, David Fair Jr., Brusly; a great-uncle; devoted friends, Megan Fair, Brusly, and LaKeysha Deloch and Natasha Martin, both of Port Allen, and Herman Bynum and wife Pearl, Brusly; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Preceded in death by her mother, Bernadine Brown; two sisters, Lisa Jackson and baby girl Brown; and a brother, Claiborne Brown.
