Jean Buckner Bennett was born August 30, 1934 in Norfolk, Virginia to William Fleming and Elizabeth Hayden Buckner. She passed away February 11, 2019 in Clarksville, Arkansas at the age of 84. She was a Methodist Missionary.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dr. Erman Fay Bennett and her brother, Samuel Burnell Buckner.
She is survived by her sisters, Anne Patton of Grayson, Georgia and Gail Haupman of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Visitation will be held prior to the service from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m., Saturday, February 16, 2019 at the Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas.
Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, February 16, 2019 at the Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend David Hanshaw officiating. Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery in Clarksville, Arkansas.
