Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 14, 2019 for Mrs. Edna Pearl Holmes, age 84, of Leakesville, at Antioch Baptist Church. Mrs. Holmes passed from this life on February 11, 2019 at her residence. Bro Charlie McNeil, Bro. Paul Walters and Bro. David Clark will officiate with burial to follow in the Sweetwater Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Wesley Hillman, Brantley Goff, Denton Clark, Taylor Clark, Dickie Wilkerson and Shawn Bice.

Mrs. Holmes was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Holmes; parents, Elvin and Annie Clark; step-mother, Gladys Christy Clark; brothers, Millard, Pete, Bill Bo, Lionel, Nollin and Noel Clark; sisters, Ovetta Bradley, Brunette Cooley, Sylvia Clark and Betty Sue Fick.

She is survived by her daughter, Kristie (Malcolm) Booth of Leakesville; granddaughters, Tiffany (Brantley) Goff and Heather Ann Hillman, both of Leakesville; grandson, Wesley Hillman of Leakesville; brothers, McRae Clark, Tommy (Kathy) Clark, Jackie Wayne Christy, all of Leakesville, Jimmie Lee Christy of Lucedale; sisters, Ann Bradley and Rita Bradley of Leakesville, Faye Beth Wheeler of Jemison, AL; great-grandchild, Aria Kate Goff.

Visitation will be Wednesday, February 13, 2019 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Antioch Baptist Church in Leakesville.
