Ann Grant (75) of Denver, Pennsylvania was called home to the Lord on February 8, 2019. She was surrounded by her family when she passed.

Ann was born on February 2, 1944 in Brooklyn, New York to William and Ann Healion. She received her degree in early childhood education from St. Joseph's College, New York and spent her career as an early childhood educator and administrator.

She married the love of her life Robert Allan Grant in 1966. They remained in Brooklyn, New York where they raised their three children, Robert Grant, Elizabeth Grant Hughes and Margaret Grant Gehman, before moving to Lancaster County, Pennsylvania to be closer to their grandchildren. Children were her life and Ann continued to work in preschool and early childhood education before her retirement.

Ann was pre-deceased in life by her loving parents, William and Ann Healion, and her devoted husband, Robert Allan Grant. She is survived by her son, Robert and his wife Dana, her daughter, Elizabeth and her husband Michael Hughes, and her daughter, Margaret and her husband Robert Gehman. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, Melissa and Robert Gehman, Katie, Brendan and William Grant and Jeremy Markowitz. Ann lived to spend her time with her grandchildren, who she lovingly doted upon. Ann is also survived by her loving sister, Mary Frances and her husband Michael Muldoon and their five children Kimberly, Laura, Michael, Catherine and Tara. Family was everything to Ann and their tight knit family spent every summer at their summer home in Greenwood Lake, New York.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, February 12, 2019, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at the Roseboro Stradling Funeral, 533 Walnut Street, Denver. A Mass of Christian Burial celebration will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 10:30 AM at the Our Mother of Perpetual Help, 320 Church Avenue, Ephrata, with the Rev. Fr. John Mc.Loughlin C.SS.R. as celebrant. Final commendation and farewell will be private at the convenience of the family.
