Darlene Rae Albrandt, 81 of Sterling passed away Thursday, February 7, 2019 in Ft. Collins. Visitation will be held from 4 – 6 p.m., Sunday, February 10 and also from 10 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 11 at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home. A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 11 at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home with Pastor Gilbert Gutierrez officiating. The service will conclude at the chapel.
Darlene was born March 17, 1937 in Crook, Colorado to Lyle and Lorene (Kenyon) Lambert. She graduated from Sterling High School. She married Billy LeRoy Albrandt on October 25, 1956 in Sterling. Darlene worked at the Sterling Regional MedCenter for over 30 years in the housekeeping department. She enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening and watching the Broncos, Rockies and Nuggets.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Billy L. Albrandt, Sr. and sister Sharon Wessel.
Darlene is survived by her 3 children,11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and sister .
