Donald's career in construction started by building homes in the Candelaria area. Later, he joined his cousin Robert Morrow as his superintendent in commercial construction. They constructed many buildings all across Oregon. Donald's passions were family, elk hunting and playing cards.
Donald is survived by Donald I Coon (Barbara), Michael Erb (Mindy) Delbert Erb, Pamela Heyman (John) and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Donald was preceded in death by Linda Richards.
Funer services were held at 1:00 pm Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Virgil T. Golden Funeral Home.
