Joyce Elaine Coats Kramer Joyce Kramer, 83, of Collinsville, Illinois passed away January, 31st, 2019. She was born July 29th, 1935 in Caseyville, Illinois to Arthur and Fern (Powell) Hallows. Joyce is preceded in death by her parents, husband Ronald Coats and brother Vernon Hallows. She is survived by husband, Harold Kramer and children.
She is further survived by seventeen grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren. Joyce was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society and may be received at the funeral home. Visitation: Will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Sunday, February 3rd, 2019 at Herr Funeral Home, Collinsville. Funeral: Will be at 10:00 am Monday, February 4th, 2019 at Herr Funeral Home, Collinsville. Interment will follow in St. John Cemetery, Collinsville.
