John Cecil Boston, 73, of 1503 Olive St., died at 8:45 p.m. Saturday [October 26, 1974] at St. Anthony Hospital. He was a native of Burgin, KY, and was a retired oven operator for Reynolds Metals Co. Survivors include his wife, the former Margaret Burridge; two daughters, Mrs. Helen Birkenfeld and Mrs. Doris Dick; three sons, John William Boston, Port Arthur, TX, Robert and John E. Boston; a stepson, Tommy Campbell, Pleasant Hill, CA; 17 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
