Born in Alexandria, Virginia, Keith was the son of the late Leroy Stephens and Joan (Gallo) Hargrove and stepson of Jesse Hargrove of Claremont. He was raised and educated in Hopkinton and had resided in Chichester for several years.
Keith was employed as a mental health provider for Moore Center Services. He was a well-known drummer in the area and played in several bands. He volunteered his time giving rides to those in need. He was an avid reader and enjoyed astrology, but above all else, his family and his grandchildren were his life.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Robin; his three children; his three siblings.
Burial will take place in the spring in Leavitt Cemetery in Chichester.
