Virginia Mae (Hoffman) Teigen. 86, of Brainerd, passed away Tuesday February 5, 2019 at Edgewood Vista in Brainerd. Virginia was born to Carl and Lucille Eide on July 15, 1932 in Lanesboro, Minnesota.

Her favorite hobbies were cooking, baking, sewing, crocheting, knitting and quilting. Her favorite past times were bird watching, gardening and spending time with her family and dear friends.

She enjoyed being a nurse for 15 years. Music and playing the piano was her talent.

Survivors include Craig Hoffman (Janice), Kathy Wagnild (Alan), Kevin Hoffman (Jenny), Lori Loisel (Jim), Kimberly Sue Layman (Bob), Tim Hoffman (Monica) , Nancy Wakefield (Jim), 16 grandchildren,19, great grandchildren, 4 sisters and 2 brothers.

She is preceded in death by husbands; Hugh Hoffman and Joe Teigen, son Jeff, parents Carl and Lucille Eide, brother Curt, sister-in-law Joanne, brother-in-laws Con, Curt and Brad.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 1:00 PM Saturday, February 16, 2019 at the St. Francis Catholic Church with visitation one hour prior to services.

Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery.
