Turner, Mrs. Rosa, age 96, of Richmond, departed this life January 29, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, William O. Turner, Sr.; and son, William O. Turner, Jr. She is survived by two grandchildren Derrick Mills and Sharonda Williams; eight great-grandchildren, two great-great-granddaughters, and others.
