PORTAL, GA : Mrs. Clara Lue Wiggins Greene, age 85 passed away on Saturday, afternoon at Pruitt Health Bethany Nursing Home, Millen, GA after an extended illness. She was a native of Bulloch County, a faithful member of Scarboro Grove Baptist Church and a retired employee of Georgia South College (University).

She is survived by three sons, James (Bridget) Greene, Sr., Statesboro; Jerry (Gloria) Greene, Sr., Hampton, GA and Richie Greene, Marietta, GA; one daughter, Ramona Mikel, Portal; a sister-in-law, Evelyn Burks, Detroit,MI, eleven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Mrs. Greene will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2019, at 1:00 p.m. at Scarboro Missionary Church with the R everend Larry Cone, eulogist and Reverend Ervin Tinch, presiding. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

The family will receive family & friends on Friday evening from 6-7:00 P.M. and public viewing will begin at 12 Noon on Friday at the funeral home.
