Betty Lou Basham, age 88, died at her daughters home Monday, February 4, 2019 at 7:40 a.m. She was of the Baptist Faith. Betty was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Betty is survived by two sons; Russell Basham of Barlow, KY and Jerry Basham and his fiancee Samantha of LaCenter, KY, Five daughters Theresa Walker of Kevil, KY, Karen Miller and her husband Wedge of Barlow, KY, Jane Butler and her husband Roy of Benton, MO, Aleta Armstrong and her husband Chris of LaCenter, KY, and Becky Hopwood and her husband Curtis of LaCenter, KY. One sister Shirley Burns of Dongola, Illinois. Nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband George Basham, one sister, one brother, three grandchildrenand her parents Radwell and Alice Peeler. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Thursday evening at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter. Funeral Services will be Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. with Cindy Engelhardt officiating.
