Charles “Eddie” Lollar, 76, of Payson, former owner of Payson Frontier Market, died May 3, 1993. He was born in Fayetteville, Ark., and was a Navy veteran. He also was a member of the Elks Lodge, American Legion and was a Mason. Survivors include his wife, Billie; daughters, Kathleen Whittam and Paulette; two sisters; one brother; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Services: 10 a.m. Thursday, Payson Funeral Home, 301 W. Aero Drive, Payson.
