Carol Anton, 72, of Hermitage, passed away Sunday, Feb. 3, 2019, in her home.
Carol was born on Aug. 17, 1946, to William and Elizabeth (Thomas) Anton in Sharon. She graduated from Hickory High School and earned her bachelor's degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
In her earlier years, Carol taught at New Castle High School and most recently she worked as a call center representative for TeleStars LLC in Sharon.
She was a member of St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church in Hermitage.
She enjoyed reading and loved her black lab Raider.
Carol is survived by her cousins, Robert Pishko, Canfield, Michael Thomas, Hermitage, Robert Polochak, Sharpsville, Marianne (Thomas) Palermo, Lititz, and Evelyn (Thomas) Grandmeyer, Peru, Ind.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Burial: St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Cemetery.
