Newburgh, Indiana - Amy Lou (Olson) Arnold, 95, passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at Hamilton Pointe.

Amy attended Fitchburg State College and then joined the U.S. Navy during WWII. She was a housewife and mom until 1971 when she became the first woman insurance agent for American Family insurance in the state of Indiana. She was a lifelong member of the Methodist Church.

Amy is survived by her children, Sue Bragg, Kellie Mominee and Patrick Arnold; grandchildren, John Bragg, Nathan and Brett Mominee, Daniel Arnold and Sarah Arnold; 11 great-grandchildren, John, Jr., Cameron, Jordan and Roland Bragg, Sophia and Lincoln Mominee, Addison and Owen Arnold and Alexzandrea Aronld and Aubrey Palma, and 2 great-great grandchildren, Tristan and Braxtan Bragg.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard G. Arnold in 1971 and great-granddaughter, Desiree Bragg in 2013.

A memorial visitation will be 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., Saturday, February 9, 2019 Please come and celebrate her life. Published in Courier Press on Feb. 5, 2019
