Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Nola Dean Brooks of Mexico and Mrs. Olgaline Pruitt of Texas; two sons, Thomas Carrell of Oxford and James G. Carrell of Anniston; two sisters, Mrs. Lillie Cochran of Altoona and Mrs. Ruby Sherbert of Mississippi; five brothers, Ronel Ellis of Michigan, James Ellis of Attalla, Roy Ellis of Rialto, L.C. Ellis of Florida and Buford Ellis of California; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be nephews. Mrs. Morgan was an Etowah County native, a former New Mexico and Oxford resident. She was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy.
