Obituary
The death occurred very suddenly on Thursday afternoon, December 23, at the Digby Hospital, of Alden Wambolt. He was the son of Mrs. Lottie Wambolt and the late Charles Wambolt of Bear River. Surviving are his widow and five small children (--------). His first wife predeceased him fourteen years ago, and by this union three children survive, Malcolm, Claire (Jack) and Marylea (adopted). also surviving are his mother, Mrs. C. Wambolt, Bear River; two sisters, Vada (Mrs. C. Coombs), Bear River and Hattie (Mrs. Wm. Searle), Truro. The funeral services were held on Monday afternoon from the United Church, conducted by Rev. C. L. Gesnor, assisted by the choir. Interment was in Mount Hope Cemetery.
