Obituary for Annalynn Hope Cannon
Annalynn Hope Cannon
2005-2019

Our precious Angel Annalynn Hope Cannon, (13) was called home January 21, 2019 in Lehi, Utah. She was born August 10, 2005 in Salt Lake City, Utah. The only daughter to Trent Jacob Cannon and Genevieve Katherine Darais. Her life was full of challenges, but she endured them all with a smile and sass all her own. She taught us all a wonderful lesson in unconditional love.

She loved singing, dancing, cheerleading, riding the 4-wheeler with her dad, hanging at the Mall/Outlets with her friends/posse, sleepover and most of all, being on her phone or internet, playing and making YouTube videos. She was “Daddy's Girl” through and through. She even went hunting with him! Nothing slowed her down, even from the beginning with no voice and a trach, she was a Sassy, Classy Little Miss in Charge.

Annalynn was in 8th grade at Lehi Junior High School. From the time she was in Headstart, she always had a “boyfriend” or two. Everyone was so good and special with her. No one ever treated her differently from anyone else.

She is survived by her father, Trent Cannon and his fiancé Briauna Brackenbury; mother, Genny Darais; grandmother, Shirley Currier; Nana and Papa, Norman and Judy Darais; many aunts, uncle and cousins who loved her dearly and great grandmother Marian Barney.

She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Barry Cannon and Michael Currier; two infant cousins, Daniel Darais and Haven Thompson as well as great grandpa Toad and great grandpa Barney.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, January 26th, at Noon, at the Harbor 1st Ward LDS Chapel, 600 South 100 West (Boat Harbor Road) American Fork, Utah, where Viewings will be held Friday, January 25th, from 6 to 8pm and prior to services on Saturday from 10:30 to 11:30am. Interment in the American Fork City Cemetery.

The family would like to especially thank all the wonderful people at Primary Children's Hospital, many medical staff, teachers and school aid who have help with the care and love of Annalynn over the years.
