Marta LaTrail Smith, of Jones County, passed away Saturday, September 8, 2018. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at 1:00PM at New Seasons Worship Center, 6750 Old Gordon Road, Dry Branch, Georgia with Wesley Bridges officiating. Burial will be private.

LaTrail was a very friendly person that loved people. She loved her family, especially her nieces and nephew. LaTrail was very generous when it came to giving. She enjoyed buying things for her nieces and nephew her many friends knew that she would do anything for them. LaTrail was a God-fearing woman that knew her Bible well. She spent a great deal of her time studying her Bible and donating to many different ministries. LaTrail also donated to Camp Little Shot, where she spent time attending camp as a child.

LaTrail was predeceased by her grandmother, Pearl Smith.

Survivors: Mother, Loretta L. Smith; Father, Edward J. Smith; Grandmother, Dorothy L. Davis; Brother, Shane Edward Smith; Sister, Melinda Smith; 7 nieces: Brianna Gordon, Shyanne Gordon, Trinity Smith, Shayna Smith, Kelsey Smith, Chelsey Smith, and Ava Smith; nephew, Ethan Smith; and her beloved dog Banchi.
