MT. VISION - Kenneth C. Barron, 84, formerly of Otego, retired dairy farmer, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2016 at A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital. He was born on September 4, 1931 in Pennsylvania, the son of William and Mary (Hyatt) Barron. Ken was a dairy farmer for 44 years. Ken is survived by his son Marvin (Vickie) Barron of Mt. Vision, grandson Jonathon Barron of Otego, granddaughter Amanda Barron of Otego, his great grandchildren Hailey, Adrianna, Kayden, and Cameron of Otego, daughter Joan (Bill) Barron-Pudney and their family of Clyde, sons Donald (Cindy) Barron and their family of Red Creek, Robert Barron, and Charles Barron of Auburn, brothers Richard (Barb) Barron of Groton, Dave (Sandy) Barron of Elmira, sisters June (Mike) Barron-Carroll of Cortland, and Shirley Barron-Royce of Ithaca. He was predeceased by his parents, his brother Bill Barron, Jr., and his sister Gertrude Barron-Reeves.
