On Dec. 6, 1856, she married to Joseph England who died Sept. 15, 1880. To this union was born four daughters and one son, viz: Mrs. Polly Perry, Mrs. Emma Johnston, Mrs. Lillie Nichols, Mrs. Frankie Keller of this place (Brownstown) and Henry England, of Litchfield, ILL. Besides her children she leaves one step-daughter, Mrs. Nancy Robbins who was as dear to her as her own children. She leaves twenty-eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren, three sisters and two brothers--Mrs. Polly Tucker, Mrs. Harriet Burrell, Mrs. Nancy Reinbold, Meredith Bland, of this place and John Bland of Indian Territory.
The funeral was held at her late home Thursday Afternoon with Rev. Edw. F. Schneider, pastor of the Methodist Church which the remains will be laid to rest in the Fairview Cemetery.
