Lacy was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force during WWII.
Preceded in death by his parents, Selena and Lacy Williams Sr.; brother, Arthur (Maurice) Williams; sisters, Bertha (Luellen) Bushrod and Margaret Standard.
Survived by his sisters Alice Orie, Ruth Brown and Marian Williams; brother, Jesse Williams; and a host of nephews and nieces.
The family will receive friends January 31, 2019 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home and Memorial Park.
